Details
In the movie Wallander 18: Cellisten (2009), Inspector Kurt Wallander attends a concert by Russian cellist Irina Konsalevska. During the concert, Wallander saves Irina's life when she becomes the target of a car bomb. While Irina recovers in the hospital, another attempt is made on her life. Wallander discovers that Irina is set to give evidence against hit-man Yuri Rina, who killed her boyfriend Mischa, and that the Russian Mafia is determined to silence her.
